Cancellation Policy: Cancel 2 hours prior to your appointment time or full session charge will apply.

• HaloSauna: 30 mins
• Whole Body Red Light: 15 mins
• Cryotherapy: 2 to 3.5 mins
• Salt Room: 30 mins
• The Reset Chair: 20 to 25 mins
• Lymphatic Compression: 25 mins
