Parking is available in front and back of the building.

You will enter from the front of the building (Suite A).

Hydration is crucial for all of our sessions!  Please bring a water bottle or you can purchase one at the front desk.  A water bottle refill station is also available.

Towels service is provided.

Guests are only allowed in the 4-n-1 Sauna for an additional fee.

Yes!  

We recommend letting your body cool down naturally after your 4-n-1 Sauna session which normally is 25 to 30 minutes after you finish your session.  

However, if you need to shower at RestFuel following your 4-in-1 Sauna, we recommend a lukewarm shower to allow your body to naturally cool down after your sweat.

Passes expire 12 months after purchase.

No, passes cannot be shared.

All clients must be 16 years of age or older.  Clients under 18 must have parents’ permission. 

We recommend consulting with your doctor if you have any medical concerns, pacemaker, under 18, or pregnant.

Each private room is thoroughly cleaned after each session with non-toxic chemicals.

Life Happens!  You can cancel a session up to 2 hours prior to the appointment start time.  

If you cancel after 2 hours, you will be charged for the full session.  

However, always call or text 404-625-4664 and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

We understand life and traffic are tricky!  If you are running late, call or text 404-625-4664 to let us know.  If possible, we will do our best to accommodate you.  However, if the room is reserved after your appointment, we will have to reduce the time in your session.
