FAQ’S

HOW DO I book a session?

All appointments can be booked on the website, RestFuel App, or by calling 404-625-4664.

ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY

This allows us time to review all the amenities in your private room and other areas of RestFuel.

You’ll enter through the front of the building (Suite A).

Parking is available both in front and behind the building, with free parking for your convenience!

  • We highly recommend bringing water for your HaloSauna session.
  • You can bring your own water bottle or purchase one at the front desk.
  • A refill station is available for your convenience.

No need to worry about towels—towel service is provided for all sessions!

HaloSauna with Red Light: 

  • You can disrobe to your comfort level. 
  • We recommend loose, comfortable clothing for afterwards. 
  • Expect to continue sweating for 25-30 minutes after your session.

Evenly Distributed Cryotherapy

  • You will a towel wrap, underwear, or go nude for maximum skin exposure. 
  • Gloves and footwear are mandatory for protection
  • Mask & headbands are recommended for added comfort.
  • All clothing must be completely dry—no wet or damp items.
  • Remove or cover any jewelry and metal before your session.

Whole Body Red Light or Salt Room with Red Light

  • You will undress completely or wear minimal clothing like underwear or a swimsuit.
  • To ensure maximum light absorptionavoid makeup, lotion, and sunscreen before your session. 

Vibracoustic Therapy

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to maximize relaxation.

  • Avoid heavy meals or caffeine right before your session for a more calming experience.

Ballancer®Pro – Lymphatic Massage

  • Wear light, fitted clothing (such as leggings and a long-sleeve shirt) for comfort and optimal results.

Lymphatic Massage: We recommend lose clothing.

HaloSauna with Red Light: 30 minutes

Whole Body Red Light: 15 minutes

Evenly Distributed Cryotherapy: 2 to 4 minutes

Salt Room with Red Light: 30 minutes

Vibracoustic Therapy: 30 minutes

Ballancer®Pro Lymphatic Massage: 25-60 minutes

You’re welcome to bring a guest for the HaloSauna with Red Light for an additional fee.

All other services are designed for individual sessions.

Yes, but we recommend waiting 30 minutes after your HaloSauna session to  shower. This allows your body to continue detoxing and return to its natural temperature.

But don’t wait too long—shower within an hour to avoid reabsorbing toxins.

Use lukewarm water instead of cold to prevent shocking your system and maintain that post-sauna relaxation.

We provide EWG Certified Non-Toxic Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash products.

Towel Service and Hairdryer provided. 

Sessions expire 12 months after purchase.

Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to other individuals.

  • Clients must be at least 16 years old.
  • Those under 18 require parental permission.

If you have any medical concerns, a pacemaker, are under 18, or are pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before your session.

At RestFuel, cleanliness is our priority. Our dedicated team ensures that every private room is thoroughly cleaned after each session using non-toxic, safe cleaning products—so you can relax with peace of mind.

We understand that life happens! You may cancel your session up to 2 hours before your appointment without any charge.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of your session will be subject to the full session fee.

However, we’re here to help! If something comes up, please call or text 404.625.4664, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We know that life—and traffic—can be unpredictable! If you’re running late, please call or text 404.625.4664 to keep us informed.

Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

However, if the room is booked after your appointment, we may need to adjust your session time accordingly.

Balacize™ is an on-demand workout program by RestFuel, featuring guided workouts using Bala equipment!

  • Bala equipment is available in HaloSauna with Red Light #2.
  • Need Bala gear in another HaloSauna? Just ask the Front Desk, and we’ll provide it for you!
