What brings you in?

Why The Sauna

Sweat It Out. Sleep Better. Feel Energized.

Nobody comes in wanting infrared wavelengths. They come in wanting to feel lighter, sleep better, and have more energy. For 30 minutes, you relax in a private room while gentle heat, soft red light, and fresh air do the work.

Sweat It Out

Gentle heat gets you sweating — one of your body’s natural ways to clean house. Many people feel lighter and less puffy afterward.

Sleep Better

Warm heat and soft light help your body relax deeply. Many clients tell us they fall asleep faster the night after a session.

Feel More Energized

Fresh, oxygen-rich air keeps the room comfortable. Most people step out feeling refreshed and clear-headed, not drained.

Everyone’s body is different. The Sauna is a wellness service, not a medical treatment. If you have a health condition, please talk to your doctor before your first session.

The Science

Heat, Light, and Fresh Air — Working Together.

Most saunas just heat the air around you. Ours adds red light and fresh air, so three things help your body in one session.

Deep, Gentle Heat

Infrared heat warms your body from the inside, reaching past the skin into muscles and joints. You sweat deeply, but the air stays comfortable to breathe.

Red Light for Your Cells

Soft red light may help your cells make energy and repair themselves. That’s why many people notice healthier-looking skin over time.

Fresh, Oxygen-Rich Air

Fresh air flows through the room, so you can relax without feeling stuffy. Calm lighting helps your mind unwind, too.

Your Session

30 Minutes. Private and Relaxing.

Before

Drink a glass or two of water. Skip heavy meals, caffeine, lotion, and makeup. Take off metal jewelry. Tell us your goal.

During

Relax in your own private room for 30 minutes. Wear as much or as little as feels comfortable, and enjoy the warmth and soft light.

After

Drink plenty of water. You may keep sweating for 20 to 30 minutes, so let your body cool down before a lukewarm shower.

Your Progress

We Check How You Feel — Visit After Visit.

Feeling better is the whole point, so that’s what we pay attention to. Before and after your visits, our team checks in with a few simple questions, so you can see what’s changing over time.

What we’ll ask you
  • How did you sleep last night?
  • How is your energy compared to before?
  • How sore or achy do you feel today?
  • How do you feel right after your session?

Wear a sleep or fitness tracker? Bring your numbers. We’re happy to look at them with you.

Questions

Good Questions to Ask.

How hot does it get?

Warm, but comfortable. Infrared heat warms your body more than the air, so it doesn’t feel as harsh as a regular sauna. You’ll still work up a good sweat.

What should I wear?

Whatever feels comfortable. The room is private, so you can undress to your own comfort level. Please skip lotion and makeup, and take off metal jewelry.

Can I do it with another service?

Yes. Many people finish with the Sauna after Cryotherapy, P.E.M.F., or Lymphatic Compression, or follow it with the Reset Chair. Our team will help you plan it.

How often should I come?

Most people come in 2 to 3 times a week. Our team can help you find a schedule that fits your goal.

Who should talk to a doctor first?

Please check with your doctor before your first session if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, have high or low blood pressure, have trouble handling heat, or are being treated for any health condition. Tell our team about any health conditions before you start.
