Drink 16–32 oz of water with electrolytes to stay hydrated 


Wait 30 minutes after your HaloSauna session to shower to allow your body to continue detoxing


Use lukewarm water instead of cold to prevent shocking your system and maintain that post-sauna relaxation

TIPS FOR A SAFE & EFFECTIVE SESSION

Listen to Your Body – If you feel discomfort or dehydration, take breaks as needed.

Stay Hydrated – Infrared saunas promote sweating, so drink plenty of water before and after your session.

Ease Into It – New to the salt sauna with red light? Start with 1–2 sessions per week and gradually increase as your body adapts.

Consistency Matters – Use it regularly but always align with your wellness goals and how your body feels.
