Hydrate & Maximize Your Detox

Drink 16–32 oz of water with electrolytes to stay hydrated. If you’re still thirsty or feel fatigued, drink more!

Wait 30 minutes after  your HaloSauna session to shower.  This allows your body to continue detoxing and return to its natural temperature. But don’t wait too long—shower within an hour to avoid reabsorbing toxins.

Use lukewarm water instead of cold to prevent shocking your system and maintain that post-sauna relaxation.
