I have been on a wellness journey for the last 15 years. The journey started
because I was exhausted all the time. However, I was a single full time
working mother of two young children. Exhaustion was not an option! Thus,
my journey on feeling better began.
I have tried multiple modalities over the years to figure out which ones work
best for my body. I discovered that I do not detox well on my own which led
me to fall in love with infrared saunas. I live in “Fight or Flight” mode and have
found that both red light therapy and a salt room immediately calm my anxiety
levels. Otherwise, I struggle to shift from “Fight or Flight” to “Rest & Digest”
on my own.
After having my second neck surgery within a six-month timeframe, I decided
self-care and recovery treatments were no longer optional. This led me to
open a wellness studio that focuses on recovery, focusing on my three favorite modalities for touchless recovery. I also wanted to offer treatments that provide recovery benefits in a reduced
amount of time because we are all busy!
