All appointments can be booked on the website or the RestFuel App.
ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY
This allows us time to review all the amenities in your private room and other areas of RestFuel.
HYDRATION
Hydration is crucial for 4-n-1 Sauna sessions. Please bring a water bottle or you can purchase one at the front desk. A water bottle refill station is also available.
TOWEL SERVICE
4-n-1 Sauna: Towel service is provided including a cold washcloth for the end of the session!
Whole Body Red Light: A hand towel will be provided in the event you perspire slightly.
Salt Room Oasis: You will not need towels for this service.
SHOWER
We recommend letting your body cool down naturally after your 4-n-1 Sauna session which normally is 25 to 30 minutes after you finish your session. However, if you need to shower at RestFuel following your 4-in-1 Sauna session, we recommend a lukewarm shower to allow your body to naturally cool down after your sweat.
We provide EWG Certified Non-Toxic Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash products.
Towel Service and Hairdryer provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life Happens! You can cancel a session up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel after 2 hours, you will be charged for the full session. However, always call or text 404.625.4664 and we will try to accommodate you if possible.
ENTRY & PARKING
You will enter from the front of the building (Suite A). Parking is available in front and back of the building.
WHAT TO WEAR
4-n-1 Sauna: Anything you want but best to have loose fitting clothes for after your session. You will continue to sweat for 25 to 30 minutes after your session.
Whole Body Red Light or Salt Room Oasis: You can wear anything! You will need to undress to your comfort level for your session.
All sessions are in a private room!
SESSION LENGTH
4-n-1 Sauna: 30 minutes
Whole Body Red Light: 15 minutes
Salt Room Oasis: 30 minutes
FRONT DESK ASSISTANCE
The front desk number will be posted in your private room. You can call or text with requests.
Example: If you would like to shower after your 4-n-1 Sauna session, the front desk can confirm the shower is available.
ADDITiONAL GUESTS
4-n-1 Sauna: One additional guest is allowed for an additional fee.
No additional guests are allowed for the Whole Body Red Light or Salt Room Oasis
LATE POLICY
We understand life and traffic are tricky! If you are running late, call or text 404.625.4664 to let us know. If possible, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if the room is reserved after your appointment, we will have to reduce the time in your session.
