Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time. $10 cancellation fee for non-members, if the appointment is not rescheduled.

- HaloSauna: 30 mins
- Whole Body Red Light: 15 mins
- Cryotherapy: 2 to 3.5 mins
- Salt Room: 30 mins
- The Reset Chair: 20 to 25 mins
- Lymphatic Compression: 25 mins
