2.2INFRARED SAUNA

There’s nothing quite like a session in a sauna. You feel more relaxed and rested after you’re done, and the heat helps relieve sore muscles and improves your overall health and well-being.

Our saunas use True Wave™ Full Spectrum heating system to heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air. This allows the heat to penetrate deeper into the skin and tissues, resulting in a therapeutic experience.

In an infrared sauna, about 20% of the heat goes to heating the air and the other 80% heats your body. This radiant heat penetrates the skin more deeply than traditional saunas.

We recommend 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna per session. The benefit appears to peak at about 30 minutes and can decline from there.

2.3RED LIGHT THERAPY

Provides the most proven and effective therapeutic wavelengths to the entire body reducing oxidative stress and stimulating the production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). This process, known as Photobiomodulation, has been extensively researched for many years and adds measurable energy to the mitochondria of your cells.

2.4CHROMATHERAPY LIGHT THERAPY

Chromotherapy Light Therapy – Chromotherapy, also color light therapy, is the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color. We use medical-grade chromotherapy that is enormously powerful using 96 LED lights with an array of 12 colors. It relies on the premise that each color is associated with a different bodily response. For example, red light is typically associated with stimulation, while blue is considered a mentally relaxing color.
